How I rose from the dirt and took the helm of my life

Life never was all that easy for myself, and ever since I can remember, was always full of struggle. It seemed as though each day brought a new set of challenges for me that drained me of my spirit each and every day. There were many moments of sadness and depression that struck within me, almost prompting me to give up entirely. I wanted to simply abandon my life as I knew it and run away with the hopes of never returning.
