It was a long day at work today as I sat at the computer for hours, watching my designated training videos. That’s the catch of starting a new job; you have to go through extensive training to make sure that you are able to get the job done right. To be honest though, some of the training seems repetitive, and there almost seems to be no point to it. Let’s be honest, most of the ‘training’ is learned when you’re actually performing on the job.
